Last updated August 2, 2026. Iznanka collects limited personal information to fulfill orders, operate the website, and create and maintain Inner Layer™ experiences.

We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use Inner Layer™ submissions for advertising.

Our store is powered by Shopify. Shopify and the providers described below process information only as needed for commerce, generation, hosting, storage, security, and support.

What we collect

Depending on how you use Iznanka, we may collect:

• Order and contact details, such as name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number, purchased items, and order history

• Account information, if you create an account

• Inner Layer™ submissions, including text, images, files, prompts, generated assets, and related technical metadata

• Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser, pages viewed, cookies, and similar technologies

Payment information is processed by Shopify and its payment providers. Iznanka does not store your full payment-card number.

How we use information

We use information to:

• Process payments, fulfill and ship orders, and handle returns or exchanges

• Automatically or manually assemble, generate, host, maintain, and deliver an Inner Layer™

• Provide customer support and respond to requests

• Protect the website, prevent fraud, and investigate security issues

• Comply with law, enforce our terms, and operate the business

Inner-layer access and visibility

An Inner Layer™ is delivered through a unique, unlisted link that may be opened by scanning the access point on the object.

• It is not intended to be publicly indexed

• Anyone with the link or physical access point may be able to open and share it

Share the object or link only with people you trust.

Who can see or process submissions

Depending on the object and support you request:

• You and anyone with the unlisted link can view the Inner Layer™

• Approved generation, storage, hosting, commerce, and security providers may process submissions to operate automated workflows

• Iznanka accesses submissions only for studio-assembled objects, requested support, security, or legal needs; automatically assembled Inner Layers™ are not routinely reviewed

Storage, transfers, and security

Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. We use reasonable contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the data and service.

No system is completely secure. Keep your Inner Layer™ link private and contact us if you believe it has been exposed.

Data retention

Order and transaction records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for service, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.

Inner Layer™ content is retained while the page is active and as needed to provide the service.

A verified deletion request disables the active page and removes active copies where feasible. Limited backups and records required by law may remain until they expire.

Your privacy choices

Subject to applicable law, you may request:

• Access to the personal information we hold about you

• Correction of inaccurate information

• Deletion or restriction of eligible information

Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to portability, to opt out of sale or sharing, to limit certain processing, or to appeal a decision. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Cookies, children, and policy changes

We use cookies and similar tools for core site functions and, where permitted, analytics. You can manage optional cookies through available consent controls or browser settings.

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We may update this Policy when our practices or legal obligations change; the current version and last-updated date will remain posted here.
