Returns window
We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
unworn and unwashed
in original condition
returned with original packaging
Inner Layer Erasure
Because the inner layer is created for a specific object using your submitted materials, we do not resell items that contain personal content. If a return is approved, the inner layer will be disabled and your submitted content will be removed from that page in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Damaged, defective, or scanning issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or the scan experience does not work as intended, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/video. We’ll repair, replace, or refund based on the case.
How to start a return
Returns are initiated through Shopify.
To start a return, use the return link in your order confirmation email or sign in to your account to view your order.
Once a return request is submitted, you’ll receive instructions by email.
Refund timing
Refunds are processed to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the return. Banks/payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.
