1. Agreement and eligibility

By accessing the Iznanka website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. You must be legally able to enter into a contract; if you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must place the order.

2. Products and descriptions

Iznanka sells physical objects that may include an Inner Layer™, a scan-accessed digital page linked to the object. We aim to describe products accurately, but colors, materials, handcrafted details, and screen presentation may vary slightly. Pricing and availability may change before an order is accepted.

3. Orders, prices, and payment

Checkout and payment processing are handled through Shopify and its payment providers. Iznanka does not store your full payment-card number.

Prices, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and any duties shown at checkout form part of your order total.

An order is accepted when payment is approved and you receive confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, abuse, pricing error, unavailability, or a policy violation; if we cancel after payment, we will issue a refund.

4. Inner Layer™ submissions

If a product includes an Inner Layer™ created from your submission, you agree that:

• You own or have permission to submit every text, image, and file you provide

• Your submission complies with law and does not violate privacy, publicity, copyright, or other third-party rights

• Anyone with the unlisted Inner Layer™ link or physical access point may be able to open and share it

Prohibited content

You may not submit content that is:

• Illegal, exploitative, or abusive

• Hateful or harassing

• Sexually explicit involving minors (zero tolerance)

• Doxxing or sharing private personal information without permission

• Malware, phishing, or harmful code

• Content you do not have rights to use

We may reject, remove, or disable material that violates these Terms, threatens safety, or creates legal or operational risk.

5. Limited license to provide the service

You retain ownership of your submitted content.

You grant Iznanka and the providers needed to operate the service a limited license to host, process, format, generate, reproduce, and display your submission only as necessary to create, deliver, maintain, secure, or support the Inner Layer™. This license ends when the content is deleted, subject to limited backups and legal retention.

6. Inner Layer™ availability

We design each Inner Layer™ to be durable and long-lived, but it is a digital service linked to the object, not a guaranteed archival system.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or permanent availability.

If infrastructure changes are required, we will make reasonable efforts to preserve access or provide a transition.

7. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping dates are estimates. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you and provide any cancellation or refund option required by applicable law.

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase. Return shipping and original shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise. 8. Intellectual property

All site content, designs, layouts, and product artwork created by Iznanka are owned by Iznanka or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Warranties and consumer rights

Products and services are provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iznanka is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, products, or Inner Layer™ service. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

11. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights available where you live.

12. Changes, severability, and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. Questions: within@iznanka.studio
